When can I have my documents shredded?
As soon as tomorrow. We offer next day service Monday through Friday. Just give us a call and we can give you a quote and set up your appointment for us to come to your location to shred your documents right away.
Do you do Residential Shredding?
Yes, we will come to your home with one of our industrial paper destruction trucks and shred your personal papers just steps away from your front door and you will be able to watch your papers being destroyed. Our residential service is available Monday to Friday.
Will you do a one-time shred?
Yes, our One-time Purge service allows residential and business customers to order our mobile document destruction service only when they decide they need it even if it is just once.
Where are my documents shredded?
On-site at your location. One of our mobile shredding trucks will come to your home or business to perform all shredding services.
How do I pay for my shredding service?
You can pay for your service with Cash, Credit Card or a Check.
Do you have a place I can bring my documents to be shredded?
Yes, we offer drop off shredding at our location at 7 Boxcar Blvd, Tewksbury, MA 01876. It is available Monday through Friday just give us a call to set it up.
Can I see my papers being shredded?
Yes, our on-site shredding trucks have a viewing monitor on the side where you can watch your documents being destroyed.
Do I have to remove staples, rubber bands or paper clips before the documents are shredded?
No, our industrial shredders have no problems shredding paper clips, stables, rubber bands and binders.
When you do on-site shredding do you take the boxes?
Yes, for an additional fee we will remove the cartons. Most municipalities will take cardboard boxes away for free.
If I have one of your containers on-site how often do you come?
You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, every four weeks or monthly. If you need it less often give us a call and we will be happy to help you.
What happens to the paper after it’s shredded?
The paper is recycled and used to make other paper products.
Why should I use your shredding company?
Our great service and ease of ordering. We come to you next day and our well-trained staff will do all the work to make the entire shredding process fast and convenient for you.
Do you do Hard Drive Destruction?
Yes we do. We can come to your location or you can come to ours and we will shred your hard drive so the information will never be accessible again. We will also give you a Certificate of Destruction that will list each hard drive destroyed by serial number.
